The GHC-200 Classical guitar is a nylon string instrument with great tone and projection.  Some beginning guitar students find that the nylon strings are easier on the fingertips.  It is outstanding for solo or duet work involving intricate finger work.  The neck of a classic guitar is slightly wider and longer.  The fingerboard has an almost flat 2000R radius.   It joins the body at the 12th fret instead of 14.  The GHC-200 has a solid spruce top and features a beautiful wood inlaid mosaic rosette around the sound hole.

It is a guitar player’s guitar! Because the GHC-200 has a solid spruce top, please be sure you read the Support page for maintaining the humidity.  All wooden instruments are affected by the humidity of the air around them.  Wood is like a sponge and will expand and contract with the amount of water moisture present in the environment
