Grace Harbor Intruments: GHP-200

My introduction to the world of playing guitars began with an Ovation acoustic electric, playing with my band, The Blues Project. I soon started playing electric guitars, having owned a Schecter and a USA Fender Stratocaster, (which I still have), then to an MTD Kingston Rubicon. My acoustic collection then grew, with a Taylor 12 string. Although I love playing electric, I still love playing the acoustic guitars. Being a part of the MTD family, I knew about the Grace Harbor line that recently evolved. While attending the NAMM show in January of 2016, I had a chance to try a Grace Harbor at the Dana B. Goods booth. Being of small stature, I found the Parlor size to be a perfect fit. It was easy to play, comfortable in my hands and sounded beautiful. Knowing that I loved this guitar, my husband purchased one for me and had it upgraded with electronics so it would fit any venue I am performing in. It is also great for recording.

"This guitar has a bright,
warm tone and a great feel.
It looks very nice too. I’m
very happy with it."

I have been writing songs with my acoustic guitars since 1984. Through the years I played in a number of hard rock and metal bands and continue to do so to this day. All the while I have written a steady and growing list of songs with acoustic guitars. For most of the years before 2012, my acoustic music was largely kept private to myself. Most of my acoustic performances through the years were at small private parties with family and friends and around bonfires at local festivals. But a few years ago I felt it was time to bring my solo acoustic music to the public. I did my first solo acoustic performance at the end of 2011. It was so well received that I was inspired to get out and do my thing. Songs aren’t written to be hidden, they are made to be heard.

I plan to build on the success that I have been experiencing and although I will continue to play hard rock and heavy metal, I will also be writing, recording and performing my solo acoustic music steadily, and hopefully for the rest of my life. It is part of what I am as well as who I am.

Joe “Crow” Santibanez

"Grace Harbor is a fitting
name for such a wonderful instrument sometimes you
get an instrument that sounds good plugged in and not-so-good unplugged but this acoustic guitar sounds
amazing both plugged in and acoustically the best of both worlds."

Joe “Crow” Santibanez

Grace Harbor Instruments: GHD-100CE

Joe “Crow” Santibanez has been playing guitar for over 20 years.  He is a founding member of two major bands that have come out of Monterey County.  One of them is Noise Addict which was a hard hitting metal band that toured up and down the State of California with a vision and some air play.  The band made headway quickly in the late 90’s and early 2000’s.  Crow later began a new musical journey with some old friends and started the “Lucky Losers”.  They have been rocking hard since 2002 and have been hitting California stages.

Crow began his music journey as a neo-classical and hard rock guitar player, but never forgot his roots in punk rock which sculpted his style.  Blending these genres together sets him apart from other guitarists.  His goal is to continue to grow as a guitar player and spread his knowledge to the younger generation of guitar players.  Joe first met Dana B. Goods 2011 when they were distributing the Aria line and Joe was an Aria Artist.  In 2017, he was picked up by Grace Harbor guitars and Ni Choppers clothing.
