Grace Harbor Acoustic Instruments Limited Warranty
Grace Harbor Acoustic Instruments warrants to the original purchaser that the instrument is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for as long as the instrument is owned by the original purchaser or original gift recipient. All pickups and pickup systems shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for two years from date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not apply to the normal wear and tear or breakage to frets, strings, nuts, batteries, tuners, pickguards, cases or their handles or hinges, gigbags or their handles or zippers, etc. It also doesn’t apply to instruments that have been damaged by modification, misuse, neglect, accidents, acts of nature, or improper maintenance of the instruments or its parts. If the instrument is subjected to high temperature or humidity fluctuations the wood can warp, crack, split, etc. Keep the instrument in its case or gig bag, keep the humidity at a consistent 55% to 65% level and don’t leave it out in a car or in a cold room. Your Grace Harbor Instrument will give you many years of enjoyment.
In the event an instrument needs to be returned to the warehouse for servicing, please call 1-800-741-0109 for an Return Authorization Number and instructions for the best way to ship the product back to us. The customer is responsible for shipment costs to the warehouse.
Return your purchase up to 60 days after shipment date. Call 1-800-741-0109 for a return authorization number. Return your purchase in its original condition and original packaging within 60 days of the shipping date. Use UPS or FedEx for trackable shipment. As soon as we receive it, your refund will be on its way. The refund will be for the original purchase price and any taxes. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or gig use. It is advised that you take a picture of your instrument before you return it. Grace Harbor Acoustic Instrument will take pictures of any contested returns and those will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
Write your Return Authorization number on the outside of the box and be sure to included contact information (name, phone number/email address) inside the box.

Note: If you received the product damaged, be sure to take photos of the product and pictures of the shipping box and packaging. It is a rare event, but occasionally there is shipping damage and Fed Ex/UPS won’t refund your money unless you have documentation of the package damages. All instruments are set up, thoroughly inspected, and carefully packed before leaving the warehouse. Shipping accidents do happen so be sure to document it thoroughly. The customer takes full responsibility for the instrument once it leaves our warehouse.
